Cancellation policy
We require 72 hours advance notice via email or phone to cancel a reservation to receive a full refund. We will charge your credit card once you hit the 72 hour period. If your CC doesn’t process you will forfeit your room if there are guests on the waiting list. If you are doing a hiker resupply package, the $75 fee for holding your bucket is non-refundable once we receive your bucket.
In effort to protect your privacy, our resources, and our staff against Covid-19 we do not have daily housekeeping. Fresh towels and linens are available at your request.

Lost or stolen items
The Mt Williamson Motel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you think you left something behind, please contact us as soon as possible and we will check our lost and found.
Accidents on site
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that happen on our premises.
Pet/smoke/other damages
WE ARE A STRICTLY NO SMOKING VENUE. This includes inside rooms and on our site premises. This Includes Vaping, burning candles and incense.
Cooking any odorous foods (including fish) is not permitted in the rooms. If there are any lingering odors from food or other fragrances, you may be liable for a cleaning fee.
We charge up to a $250 fee for any damages caused by smoke, pets, or accidents.
Your safety and comfort are our top priority at The Mt Williamson Motel and Base Camp. We clean and sanitize our rooms above and beyond CDC guidelines including the use of Ultraviolet Light Technology. We have a no-touch check-in procedure, and all of our cabins have their own ventilation system and are accessed from the outdoors. We have arranged an outdoor dining space for breakfast to allow for social distancing. Health regulations in Inyo County require facial coverings ( buff, bandanna, mask) when you are in public spaces indoors and cannot maintain physical distancing. We expect you to be self-reliant and keep yourself and others safe and comfortable by wearing a facial covering when needed and maintaining social distancing.
